Trump is hell bent on taking Greenland & now has completely destroyed the alliance with Denmark, and maybe Europe. Trump spoke to the Danish premier for 45 minutes last week and aides say the call was horrendous and that Trump threatened them directly. They say Trump was very aggressive and confrontational with her, despite her offering him several military bases and mineral rights. One person described the call as a cold shower, saying that Trump is very serious and very dangerous. They say the intent was very clear: he wants Greenland and now the Danes are in crisis mode and are truly freaked out. We’re going to fight a war against all of our allies over control of an island that we already effectively control because that’s what the Donald wants. At this point, let’s just hope it’s economic and not kinetic.
