But now, we know better 👇
🌍 The truth is, over 60% of the world’s population struggles to digest lactose, leading to bloating and discomfort.
🤔 Surprisingly, our bodies don’t even fully absorb the calcium in cow’s milk—only about 30-35% is actually bioavailable.
🚨 Plus, with widespread adulteration, milk can sometimes do more harm than good. It’s even been linked to acne, PCOD, and other health concerns.

🌱 Nature gives us plenty of amazing, plant-based calcium sources:
• Sesame Seeds: Just 1 tablespoon has about 88 mg of calcium.
• Almonds: A quarter cup offers around 80 mg of calcium.
• Ragi (Finger Millet): 100 grams of ragi contains 344 mg of calcium.
