Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush has agreed in principle to move to Manchester City, pending an agreement between the clubs, according to Sky Germany.
Negotiations over a deal are expected to start this week, with Frankfurt wanting a fee as high as £67m (€80m).
An opening offer could come as early as this weekend.
Marmoush wants the change because he knows that he is currently the first-choice target desired by Pep Guardiola.
Eintracht are aware of City’s interest and recent developments.
