  5. I really needed to hear this right now. Feeling so overwhelmed and stressed but I finally got myself outdoors in nature and did a nice little hike which always brings me back to where I need to be. I also agree with keeping up on self-care such as shaving a nice hot or cold shower. Just anything to distract yourself. It's also true to focus on the micro and not the macro. One step at a time. 🙏❤️

    I don't do anything. Because this idea that humans are worthless if they're not constantly engaged in tasks at literally every waking moment of their lives is pretty fucked up if you actually stop and think about it

  9. It is actually scientifically proven that walking is linked to creativity! read it in an article a few years back… this reminded me of it and really it is true, my brain does more when im walking and not when I am lazing around at home

  11. 1:30: Saturday was a little “meh”. In that moment, I remembered that day, our mail carrier was collecting food for our local shelter. I hadn’t bought anything to share, but just as quick I thought to check my pantry. Bingo! My donation bag was filled within minutes. I also printed a personalized thank you note for our mail carrier on my craft machine. During that period of time, I felt uplifted😊

  12. You know what? I’m taking a shower. It’s been well over a year now of feeling “meh”, so I guess I have nothing to lose: there’s no harm in trying!

  13. Do nothing if you want to do nothing because sometimes you would have to make do with people that have no skills and that will be traumatize you . Beat it !

    I got an Amazon box today with a knife in it . They packed it in multiple boxes , just go be safe ( ANXIETY).

    So I opened the innermost box and to my horror I almost cut my finger because the directions were missing to show which side is the holder and which side is the sharp edge .

    See how you cannot fix what they broke ?

    It is best to do nothing sometimes because they will waste money and MAKE MISTAKES THAT WOULD BE A BANKRUPTCY THING. Do not stress it out because the majority is going to break it anyway 😮

    2 add "yet" to what you have to begin but haven't at the moment. (I havent started practising guitar "yet".)
    3 shower (70%+ of us have shown to be creative while taking shower)
    4 do something unrelated something
    Totaly alien to daily rut
    5 connect with surrounding nature keep tech at home go without screen but eyes.
    6 help someone ( service from heart pulls greatness out of oneself effortlessly)
    7 think small (macro big broken down into manageable small task and engaged in mentally to finish )

  15. They say inspiration is everywhere, and that’s a fact. You can literally go on a long walk and start generating ideas within the parameters of your mind. As long as you concentrate, then the possibilities are endless.

  16. I had showered everyday, exercised everyday and still the abusive guilt trip relationship is not letting me get away and do anything.
    The coercive control can somehow drain you.
    It's always not you but someone else.

  17. Some of my best ideas have been in the shower. I figure it is the comfort of the water, the removal of anxiety, the removal of people and expectations, and the removal of electronic devices that allow me to actually stop, relax and think.

    1. physical
    – showering
    – walking
    2. mental
    – return/rediscover your 1 big goal
    – think micro steps toward that goal, not about the goal itself
    – nature exposure
    – empathy practice

  19. Good video!  I will also suggest everyone to buy cryptos (e.g. Bitcoin, etc.) and hold them for the long term.  I've been in crypto since 2016 and made $500,000.  For me, investing has helped shape my finances and I hope it counts today
