  1. Police officers are allowed to give tickets or stopped anyone in any sanctuary states? Including California. Do they have permission or go signals from Governor? Just asking. I noticed laws are not being implemented in California starts in 2015.

  2. So glad that our government cares so much about our safety that they force us to do things like a wear a seatbelt…. Im glad they don't make laws these simply to just generate revenue to cover wasteful spending..No, my government cares more about my safety than anything else…🤦🏽‍♀️

  3. CALIFORNIA can join the 21st century at any time by NOT voting against rent control, building actual street lighting and sidewalks (NOT present in all parts of "capital city" Sacramento), and real and reliable ouboic transportation that people WILL USE if it's reliable and frequent and goes where people need to go. Millions of elderly, youth, and disabled would LOVE to stop being 2nd class citizens.

  4. You twll me 1986, seat belt wearing is an issue 😂 That's a safety measure for you as a driver. 😂 Only people have a deathwish won't wear a seatbelt driving.

  5. This was back before we used to have laws for EVERYTHING. Believe it or not, there was a time in this country’s history when things were more relaxed, and people were responsible for themselves and their own safety. Nowadays, control freak politicians sit in their ivory towers creating an endless amount of proverbial “rules for thee, but not for me”.

  6. Hey look the toll plaza employees making a living, well old "good" government took those jobs away permanently today & I guarantee their excuse will be "to save money". But we all know what they mean is so they can pocket more money in.

  7. Interesting this happened my first year of high school. But I thought I was 12 or 13 when it went into effect. I remember wearing them a few years before this law was created.

  8. 35 years. I sense how much more relaxed & less divisive it was. I can almost feel the difference between the kinder souls in those individuals then, compared to the drastic difference felt today by people with rampant hate, impatients & negative energy plaguing our souls

  9. Stupid Californian liberals took our rights not to wear seatbelt. Now they are trying to take away our rights not to wear mask! Fight for your freedom! Recall Gavin Newsom 2021!

  10. Cost of Living 1986

  11. You upload this in 2021…. Why are you slow fxcks so slow to upload shit lmao? You come and upload this sht when people already had died before this, you should've been on top of this wtf. I hit don't recommend channel I don't give a fuckkkk

  12. I never bothered, but I've been using them since it became a law. Unrelated to this, but back then the maximum speed limit was only 55. The good days…….
