Filet-O-Fish

Tar Tar Sauce

3/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cornichons
2 tbsp capers
1 small shallot
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp fresh dill
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Fish batter
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
12 oz cold beer

Combine ingredients for the sauce, and put in fridge for 2 hours!!!

Batter: Season flour, add cold! Beer. Deep fry fish for about 4 minutes.
