  1. The damage is reversible. Dr. Terry Wahls has proved that. Don’t loose hope, but take your diet seriously. Simple carbs have to go and that’s the hardest part.

  2. I'm 26 years diagnosed. If you can get DMT's please take 'em ASAP post diagnosis. Just thinking back to diagnosis, I'm RRMS. Some people think 'it's a walk in the park with RRMS! IT'S NOT!! 'JUST BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SEE WHAT'S REALLY GOIN' on and my appearance seems okay, internally I'm like a smashed ripe avocado. I'm still learning to live with this disease and not one thing in my life has not been affected by Multiple sclerosis.
