  1. Thanks for the video. Can you suggest a red wine? Also, have you ever made a bordelaise with a white wine? I tried it once but it didn't turn out so well. Also, do you make your own stock?

  2. Needs bone marrow and or demi to be qualified as bordelaise. Not a proper bordelaise. Would be much quicker if you used bone marrow or demi they naturally thicken the sauce I could make it in a third of the time it took you to make yours.
