Bangladesh: Supporting Rohingya Refugees and Host Communities

The situation for Rohingya refugees and host communities in Bangladesh has become increasingly dangerous with the onset of the cyclone season and monsoon rains, putting already vulnerable people at even greater risk. To help communities cope better during this difficult time, the Food and Agricultural Organization of the UN (FAO) has been distributing food safety kits, tools, seeds and fertilizer so that family can store their food stocks, grow vegetables and eat highly nutritious food.
