Donald Trump’s latest actions on immigration include an attempt to put an end to birthright citizenship, which is guaranteed by the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. Attorneys general from Democratic states, along with the ACLU, are mounting lawsuits arguing that this is not only unconstitutional, but also a repudiation of American values. One of those attorneys general, Democratic Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, joins Joy Reid to discuss.
