Peter Jackson, the director of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, is known for his obsession with tea. Despite being English and a tea fan himself, even Martin Freeman, a British actor, found Peter’s tea consumption excessive. Jackson was rarely seen on set without a cup of tea in hand, and he became highly skilled at balancing his tea even during intense moments like tumbling down a mountain. On average, his assistant would bring him around 22 cups of tea every day. This routine became so integral that it was considered one of the most important tasks of his assistant.
