Does this MUFFIN CROISSANT trend even need to exist?

✨Recipe:
croissant dough sheet
cinnamon sugar
1 egg yolk
½ cup milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Icing Sugar

Directions:
1. Unroll your croissant sheet and sprinkle cinnamon sugar overtop before rolling it back up.
2. Cut your roll into thirds, then wrap each third around itself before placing in a muffin cup. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.
3. To make your custard, in a medium saucepan on medium heat, combine the egg yolk, milk, heavy cream, cornstarch, and sugar. Whisk together until thick like a pudding.
4. To make the whipped cream, in a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, vanilla, and icing sugar, then mix with a hand mixer until whipped to your preference.
5. Take the finished cruffins, and make a hole in the bottom. Using a popping back, fill the whole with custard.
6. Top with a scoop of whipped cream and a strawberry, serve and enjoy!! 😊
