As people who play games, we know what you do with a button. You press it. So when presented with a button we’re not meant to push, we’re more conflicted than a sushi chef at Seaworld. Consider these buttons you were clearly told not to press, and subscribe: http://www.tinyurl.com/SubToOxbox

After you complete Modern Warfare 2, you wind up in a museum commemorating the events that just took place. Unlike all other museums, however, this one contains a big conspicuous button that tells you not to press it. The button is not kidding around, it turns out; pressing it causes all the exhibits to come to life and murder you.

In the Thief 2 mission Blackmail, on the other hand, you infiltrate the local sheriff’s grand estate, and while you’re hanging out in the basement you discover a massive, inviting button, with a sign telling you not to push it.

Still, you’re playing as a thief, and flaunting society’s rules is your bread and butter. Chances are you’re going to give that thing a hefty push. Probably opens a secret room full of gold, right? Wrong.

It actually releases a duo of angry giant spiders. So it was a spider button. Maybe the sign should say that instead, sheriff?
