“35 & Ticking” centers around the lives of Victoria, Zenobia , Clevon, and Phil — all friends approaching the age of 35 and struggling to build the families they’ve always dreamed of. While Zenobia (Parker, “Soul Food,” “Brown Sugar”) is still looking for a man, Victoria (Jones, “Castle,” “One on One”) is married to a man who doesn’t want children. Clevon (comic Hart, “Not Easily Broken,” “40 Year-Old Virgin”), meanwhile, is too geeky to get a woman, and Phil (Keith Robinson, “Dreamgirls”) is already married with children, but his wife is not very interested in being a mother. All four of them try to rectify their romantic lives and futures while their biological clocks tick away.

  3. Meagan Good is soo fine but if i was Kevin Hart i would of reacted a little bit faster…………anyways looks like a great movie , when does it open in Atlanta GA ?????

  4. Heyy guys please..I'm trying to find this song I heard in this movie but I can't find the soundtracks of this movie..it goes something like this " Looking at you I could tell you've had hard time in your life, now is time for me to make everything right " That's all I can remember…The song starts when Cleavon and Falinda are having diner somewhere in some restaurant =)..Please tell me the name of the song if you know the song =)

  5. @AngryAtTechnology75 Black movies during the 80's and 90's are still classic. You forget about RIchard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, Danny Glover, Denzel, Morgan Freeman, and PROFESSIONAL BLACK ACTORS. Have you seen the Great Debators? Malcolm X? Ghandi? Menace II Society? Coming to AMerica? Princess and the Frog? Brewster's Millions? Hollywood Shuffle? These movies are CLASSICS. 90% of the WHITE movies that come out today are pure TRASH and full of CGI special effects with no morals.

  6. @AngryAtTechnology75 Did you know that one of the greatest movies ever made, THE MATRIX, was written by a black woman as a message for black people? Did you know that Will Smith was supposed to play Neo, but he was given double the amount of money just to turn down that role and do a flop called Wild Wild West? Imagine Neo was a black man…The Matrix would have had an entirely different message. This was the message of HERU. Google HERU. That was Neo. As well as HANCOCK.

  7. @AngryAtTechnology75 No it wasn't actually "written" by her..and I'm not trying to "argue" as much as you..I'm just making a point that you are trying to "clarify" by making it seem like I'm "arguing". FAIL. Saying a black woman didn't "write" the Matrix is like saying "Blacks are less American than whites". There is truth in what you are saying, but perception allows people to see through the bullshit.

  8. @AngryAtTechnology75 Not one movie I named is a WHITE movie, yet you decided to point out that the ACTORS are in WHITE movies. FAIL. Although Batman starred Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson's name came up first because he is the more powerful actor. 48 Hours starred Nick Nolte and Eddie Murphy, so it was considered a WHITE movie at the time, but if you watch it today, Eddie Murphy's character is more powerful. Look @ basketball. It was a white sport, but the blacks were more powerful players.

  9. @AngryAtTechnology75 The original woman who played the Oracle died, but if you watch Matrix 3, the new Oracle says that she had to "Change her appearance bc she made decisions to help us." This is what happened to the woman who wrote the Matrix. They changed her appearance because she tried to help us. She had to go through Agent Smith in order to get the message out. Smith had to take over her body. Agent Smith (Wachowski Bros) wrote the Matrix using the Oracle's body. THINK. Its not illegal.

  10. @AngryAtTechnology75 In Batman, they made Jack Nicholson (THE JOKER) the LEAD ROLE because he was the more powerful actor. But if you watch the movie "THEY LIVE", it was also a message to the BLACK Man, but they used Roddy Piper as the lead. However the black actor was a better actor, but they made him the co-star. Just like the Matrix. Morpheus was a more powerful actor but they made him the co-star. SO it seems like a WHITE movie, but it's really a black movie. Just like AVATAR.

  11. @AngryAtTechnology75 John Dee was the orignal 007. Ian Fleming took these concepts and created the character James Bond 007. Saying that a black woman didn't write the Matrix is like saying John Dee didn't write James Bond. True Ian Fleming wrote the original James Bond books, but the character itself came fromJohn Dee. True the Wachowski Bros wrote the Matrix, but the character itself came from Sophia Stewart AKA the Oracle. Only a tweaker would argue otherwise.

  12. @AngryAtTechnology75 So when the James Bond movies come out , yes it is true that Ian Fleming didnt actually WRITE the movies, but he WROTE THE BOOK. So how ignorant would I sound by saying "Ian Fleming didn't write James Bond"? No he actually didn't write the MOVIE, but he wrote the BOOK. But ACTUALLY, he didn't even write the damn book. He stole the avatar of James Bond from JOHN DEE 007. But he still gets his credit for penning James BOnd, but a black woman can't get her props for MATRIX.

  13. @AngryAtTechnology75 I can agree with you on that 100%…however before you jump out the window and say that "Black films are stupid NINETY-EIGHT PERCENT of the time", you might wanna clarify yourself a little better like how you just did because those movies do not represent 98% of black movies. Those are youthful movies. You forget about the older, mature blacks who enjoy good movies. I suggest you do some research on MK-ULTRA to get a better idea of why the movies today look the way they do.

  14. @AngryAtTechnology75 And give the black woman her damn props for penning the Matrix. Fuck all that bureacracy BULLSHIT because you sound like a damn TOOL when you try and JUSTIFY them "STEALING" her material and changing it around.. Give that woman her props!

  15. I don't understand the movie industry? But this movie was EXCELLANT, by today's standards..Why did it go straight to DVD? (if it did). Was it ever in theatres??? I live in Ohio and by the say – Russ Parr should have protected the distribution of the movie better – it's already on bootlegg..sad…

  16. @MikeMaco im black and im not even angry at you for saying that, i mean u know movies that are mde 4 whte ppl etc….but i honestly h8 movies with all black casts im not like uncle ruckus n h8 my own kind i jus like movies with diverse casting and they usually suck 4 me, n damn near always does smthn proving stereotypes

  17. I'm lookin for a song but i have no idea who sings it. it comes on around the 26 min mark of the movie when victoria makes out with her husband. it starts off like "when i'm talkin to your body, wanna listen to your body. baby wont you come and share my space, so my hands can memorize your shape" can someone help me?

  18. @Msagr You're an idiot.
"There's always a black person in white movies".

There's ONE black person in hollywood movies, so that makes it alright.

    Fucking moron.

  19. @doogienahnah I agree, this movie has some good name actors. And all the actors seem to be playing good roles that are not negative. But like you said what's up on the advertising; and why in the world did this not go maystream? That's okay, i am going to spread the word and encourage others to watch it …..legally….LOL!!!

  20. its the kids from friday that was getting ice cream from big worm lol and pinky as a old man still trying get his mack on lol dis movie shouldve had ice cube and smoky in it would ve made movie theahtr
