I was expecting to write ‘Storm Eowyn’ however it seems they didn’t fancy naming this batch of windy, wet and possibly snowy weather! We have gusts forecast up to 50mph according to the Met Office and there’s a yellow weather warning in place. It should therefore be a fun, cold and windy morning – what better way to get yourselves feeling Christmassy? Stay inside and stay cosy whilst we brave the elements and bring you all the very best aviation action that Manchester Airport has to offer!
We will also fill you in on the fun, wobbly wobbly landing we had on Tuesday coming back from Zurich as well as what we think of Baileys ice cream!!
See you in the early hours and hopefully we don’t get blown away!!!

Information about Manchester Airport:
Situated in the North West of England Manchester Airport is a popular choice for holiday makers and business travelers alike. As plane spotters we get treated to many different airlines and aircraft with the amazing ability to see them up close at many locations including Southside, the runway visitor park, the airport pub and many more. We see it all from the Emirates A380 take off to Ryanair landings (you can decide if they’re hard landings!). Tnere are few other airports where you can get up close and see inside the cockpit of Etihad airways or a British Aiways A320 all in the space of one morning. We are the best place to catch live arrivals and departures at Manchester Airport.
